PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION:

  • We use the same form for both foster and forever homes.
  • Fill out the following form completely. If a question does not pertain to you, please write "NA" or something similar in the blank.
  • Failure to complete the form fully may result in denial of your application, e.g. COMPLETE landlord and vet contact information.
  • This form enables us to gather information about potential adopters so that we can find a perfect match for each animal. This form does NOT guarantee the adoption of any animal. Adoption fees vary and are determined by PawSwaP on an individual basis.
  • Due to the high volume of e-mails we receive, we are not always able to send personalized confirmations of applications, nor are we always able to update each applicant once an animal has been placed. Most animals are posted on our Facebook page, and their status can be tracked there.
  • Process time of applications varies and is determined by many factors. We work hard to make things speedy whenever possible. However, there are many things going on behind the scenes that occasionally prevent a quick resolution for an animal in need. PLEASE be patient and fully read each animal's write up and requirements before applying. 
  • One application works for all of the animals in our care. ​

Available animals

There are three locations where you can view pictures and biographies of all of our available animals. We encourage you to like our Facebook page because it is usually the first location where updates and new animals are posted.

Please keep in mind that we do not have a physical facility. All of our animals are in their original homes or in foster homes until forever homes can be found. Meet and greets will be arranged after receipt of the adoption application.
